A: Summer's Eve Feminine Wash and Bath have only been clinically tested on women over the age of 18. Therefore, we cannot recommend them for children.
Q: Why do the Wash and Bath not have tamper-resistant packaging?
A: Because the Wash and Bath products are considered cosmetics, they do not require tamper-resistant packaging.
Q: Are your Wash and Bath products pH-balanced?
A: Yes, these products are hypoallergenic and pH-balanced for gentle, intimate cleansing.

A: You may wish to contact your physician prior to using any Summer's Eve product during pregnancy.
Q: Have the individually wrapped cloths been discontinued?
A: No. Summer's Eve Feminine Cleansing Cloths are still available as individually wrapped cloths. You can find them at most major drugstores.
Q: Do you sell a fragrance-free cloth?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently have a fragrance-free cloth. Summer's Eve does, however, offer a Sensitive Skin Cleansing Cloth.
Q: How many cloths are in each pack?
A: They are available in 16-count and 32-count.
Q: What size are the cloths?
A: They are designed to be large enough to fit comfortably in your hand, with some overlap.

A: The povidone-iodine packets are located inside the Medicated Douche carton.
Fresh Scent Douche:
Q: Why does the Summer's Eve Fresh Scent Douche have a distinct smell similar to "Listerine
®"?
A: Fresh Scent Douche contains a fresh, clean and refreshing fragrance, which some women find similar to Listerine®. Please be aware that we do not manufacture Listerine®.
General Questions regarding Summer's Eve Douche:
Q: Why do some douches not have expiration dates?
A: Because most Summer's Eve Douches are sold as cosmetics, they do not require expiration dates. Summer's Eve Medicated Douche, however, does have an expiration date stamped on the bottom flap of the carton.
Q: Is it dangerous to douche while pregnant?
A: We do not recommend douching while pregnant.
Q: Are Summer's Eve Douches latex-free?
A: Yes.

Q: Why is the Anti-Itch Gel so watery?
A: Anti-Itch Gel is specially formulated to be quickly absorbed and less messy than traditional creams.
Q: Why does the tube not have tamper-resistant packaging?
A: Because Anti-Itch Gel is sold as a dermatological product, it does not require a tamper-resistant package.
Q: Is it safe to apply inside the vaginal area?
A: It has been tested and is safe for external feminine relief only.
Q: How much should I use?
A: A small amount should be applied no more than 3-4 times a day.
